When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, US, UK, China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE and Europe.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

How do I start a return?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We only offer refunds if an item is faulty.

Exchanges are available if you would like to swap your sweater for a different size.
